Rates for 2026:

Off season rates:   $195 to $265 per night plus tax.

Horse Racing season: $395 to $500 per night plus tax

Belmont Stakes: $485 to $700 per night plus tax  

Rates are per night and based on double occupancy and subject to tax. Advanced reservations are required. Various minimum stays may be required depending on season. A deposit of one night stay is required for confirmed reservations.  Guests are expected to pay for their entire reservation, which are payable with Visa, Mastercard , Amex, Discover or cash.  Circular Manor is a Seasonal Inn open from June through September.

Check-in is between 3:00 and 8:00 pm. Late arrivals please make arrangements with the Inn. Check out time is 11:00 am. Sorry no children under the age of 12. No pets. Smoking is not allowed. There will be a $250 cleaning fee for smoking of any type in a guest room.

Deposits will be refunded or applied to a new date if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is received withn 14 days, guests are required to pay for the entire length of stay unless the room is rebooked. Returned deposits are subject to a $25.00 service charge. Travers Stakes - Circular Manor has the right to charge guests with advanced reservations for the entirety of their stay within the 2 week cancellation period.
